We understand that taking care of your emails can be incredibly time consuming. It can also be difficult to keep on top of things while you’re out and about. Rather than you using valuable time on emails when you could be out working or spending time with your family, we can take care of them for you.
If you receive a high number of emails, it is easy for your Inbox to become cluttered and overloaded with messages. This can then lead to you missing an important email or enquiry which isn't good for your business.
We can work with you to create a structured set of folders within your Inbox and also a set of colour coded categories. With these in place, we will monitor your Inbox, responding to incoming enquiries and categorising other emails such as colleague emails and queries from existing customers. We will then place them in the appropriate folder, so they are easier for you to review.
We will also be able to provide you with an end of day summary. This will outline the actions we have taken on your behalf so you will always be kept in the loop.
As well as monitoring your Inbox, we can also manage your diary and other aspects of your email such as organising the sending of marketing emails. As with other emails arriving in your Inbox, we will collate the responses, identifying new leads, categorising them and placing them in the appropriate folder.
We are based in St Albans and as well as email management, we specialise in virtual personal assistant, admin support and call handling services so are ideally located to assist with any aspect of business support.
Our price for email management is £30 per hour + VAT, giving a total hourly cost of £36. We will take into account your typical email usage when creating a bespoke package to suit your budget. As a guide, around 3.5 hours a month is usually required.
